Since you don't have a waitlist, should I check back every day for a cancellation?

Cancellations do occur; however, they can occur at random with limited success in obtaining the dates and accommodations desired.  If your first choice is not available, rather than scheduling your vacation around the possibility of a cancellation, we suggest checking alternate dates instead.  If you want to continue to check for cancellations, you may do so by visiting our Check Availability-Book Online page.

Why can't I find my reservation through the Web site reservation system?

Currently our online reservation system will only allow modifications or cancellations to reservations initially booked via this Web site.

Cooking is not permitted in any of the guestrooms.

Can I bring my pet?

We do allow pets in guestrooms; however, pets must first be registered at the front desk.  There is a deposit required at check-in.  Our Housekeeping department at check-out releases the room if all is okay and then the deposit is returned. Please check with the National Park Service for park regulations and restrictions.

Do I need dining room reservations?

Reservations are not taken for parties with less than eight people.  If you have a party of eight or more people, we request you contact our Kitchen Manager in our Food and Beverage Department 14 days or more in advance to book your party.  Contact 760-760-2602 or e-mail.
